As it says in a book i'm reading (Kryon) the first thing birds do when they wake up is to sing, we on the other way start our days running around like bees. In fact we have to bee around because there's lot of things to be done but lets fly like bees and sing like birds. It's like an exercise so that we feel more lighter, put your favorite tunes, sing, energize and you see your day will be more easy and produtive. 

I simply love music, if it was possibly i'd always have an soundtrack for each moment, it gives me energy, sometimes it helps me purgate the sadness inside, other times it makes me believe that i'm bigger than my body, other times it makes me tender, it simply makes me feel....
